Preparing for Journey

Why plan for your time reretreat? Preparing for your journey begins your journey. After you’ve booked your experience, this guide primes you for a transformative stay.

Your Pre-Stay Guide

When you make time for pre-arrival planning, you set yourself up to take home more than you bring. Learn how you can prepare for transformation after booking your stay.

State your Intention

Find Your Why

Think beyond a getaway. What do you want most from your time here?
Revisiting your core purpose for coming to our original wellness resort
will help focus and guide you toward your best experiences.

Explore in Advance

Hone your intentions by exploring, taking note of the types of experiences that you’re drawn to. What do they have in common? Do they reinforce your intention or reveal a new dimension?

Daily Activities

With your itinerary in place, take a look at the Daily Schedule to see which activities pique your interest. During your stay, you can take advantage of as many or as few as you would like, but we encourage you to set aside downtime as well.

Open your Mind

Free of Expectations

Free yourself from judgment and reflect freely on the feeling or transformation you seek. What type of experience do you want while you’re here? What tools or guidance would you like to take when you leave?

Ready for Transformation

Transformation requires presence and vulnerability. We encourage you to leave the armor of negativity, denial, and to-dos behind. Instead, bring a taste for change and focus on the possibilities at hand.

Pack your Bag

Comfortable Attire

Plan for an activity with light sportswear and outdoor attire, casual clothing, comfortable footwear and hiking boots, a bathing suit, and extra socks.

Seasonal Layers

While spring and fall are fairly temperate, summer temperatures change drastically between night and day. Even with sunshine, winters can be brisk.

Sun Protection

Protect your skin with a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and lip balm with SPF.

Journal

A reusable water-bottle, tote bag, and bring a journal for notes and personal reflection. We kindly suggest leaving valuables at home.
